On July 28, 2006, Eloda completed a reverse take-over transaction with Vanguard Technologies Inc. The company became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vanguard Technologies Inc., the securities of which were listed and posted for trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol VGT. On December 30, 2006, the two companies were merged and Vanguard Technologies Inc. changed its name to Eloda Corporation.
