R&D and Software Development Manager
Fred Doyle is a senior team leader with over twelve years in the contact center industry, five of which have been spent as a leader of a R&D group. Mr. Doyle was most recently responsible of the evolution, development, and marketing and sales support of all Bell contact center companion products at BCE Elix, previously Elix. Mr. Doyle has spent most of his career working at Elix, where he held several positions in both applications and architecture. Earlier on his path, Mr. Doyle held the post of Developer for Prima on a system which enabled the integration of customer infrastructure to convert corporate services to self-serve applications.
Over the years, Fred Doyle acquired broad range of competencies in Web applications, contact center, CTI, R&D, speech recognition, IVR and sales. Mr. Doyle holds a Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering from École Polytechnique of Montreal.
